The Role Of Education

Education is vital for The Woodland Lantern. Education is how I personally learned everything I have learned whether through traditional schooling, on-the-job training, or personal trial and error. I would not be who I am today without consistent education on a variety of topics. With high quality education comes high quality understanding and results. The Woodland Lantern is utilizing education to spread awareness and organize fellow community members into a team to create practical world solutions.

There is so much that can be learned in the space of design, which is why I find design and education are a natural, time-tested pair. From my time as a carpenter, there is so much useful knowledge I learned such as construction math, team work, tool safety, and proper lifting techniques to name a few. Those three examples alone are wonderful bits of knowledge that has impacted our world positively with both young children and old adults. I value education very highly and seek to create a space of learning that not only I would find incredibly valuable for myself, but also for our future generations.

Education at The Woodland Lantern [TWL] is focused around world solutions where nature is the true protagonist. There is limitless potential on how we can make the world a brighter place, especially with the ease of information access. The more we can focus our efforts on high quality, easily accessible education the more easily and accessible solutions to our world are for all of us, which make life more enjoyable. The Woodland Lantern is constantly undergoing many baby steps in order to be able to become a high quality educational platform that all ages can enjoy and take part in. Once the gap is bridged more and more on how vital nature is, how we can harmoniously interact with it, and how we can collectively work towards transforming the world to the healthiest ecosystem, we will then massively upgrade the world experience for us and those to come after.
